Optional - If you decide to order pencils I suggest also ordering an extra White pencil or two and a
Pomegranate. You might also want a colorless blender. I do not use the colorless blender much, but
some of my students love it. I can show you what it does in class.

Stump - Another useful tool is a drawing tool called a stump/blending stump/drawing stump

Sharpener - Another thing you might want to get is a battery powered pencil sharpener with a stainless steel
helical blade.  It makes life easier.

I use a battery sharpener like this for classes -

Helical blade -
Or you can use a small hand held blade sharpener -

Lifting and erasing - I also use pencil top erasers and stik tak/adhesive putty/poster putty/mounting putty
for erasing, lifting and shading.

Surfaces - I will sell the papers we use to you at my cost.  I do this because many of the papers are in pads
of 25 sheets or cut up from a large sheets.  It makes it less expensive for you. The cost for the 3 papers will be $1.80.  Bring that in exact change to the first class.

Transfer paper - Drawings are transferred using white transfer and graphite paper.  You can get individual
sheets of graphite and white. I will have some sheets for shared student use in class.
